The plugins

Our plugins are free software, published on wordpress.org under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That license, not these terms, says what you may do with them. Like all GPL software, they come without any warranty: test them on your site and keep backups.

The early-access lists

Joining an early-access list is not a purchase and costs nothing. The paid versions described on this site are plans: what they include, their prices and when they open may change, and some may never open. If one opens, its own terms will say what you get and what you pay.

This website

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we give no warranty that it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Plugin Folk is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
